* Level III renewals DO NOT require sponsors or the submission of the essay.

* Renewal applicants must submit the following:

   1)  Proof of approved continuing education as outlined on the application.

   2)  Submission of test questions as outlined on the application.

   3)  Documentation of completion of the requirements for organizational service as

        outlined in the Level III Philosophy as posted on program rules and the Level III

        application.
